Level Cap Rumors?

Many wizards and I have heard some rumors about the level cap being raised to 80, level 78 spells (which might just be a typo for the level 68 spells), and even new worlds!!! So if you want more info just start searching stuff up on Google and your bound to find something. Happy Searching!!!
